​Do you have to cancel your appointment unexpectedly?

We ask you to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that we can rebook it in time. If you are unable to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance, we are unfortunately forced to charge you 50% of the costs of the treatment(s). 
On your personal Members page you can see all upcoming bookings and cancel or reschedule if necessary.

Since Studio RF works in time blocks, it is important to be present on time for the appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be forced to shorten the treatment. However, the full costs will be charged.

​The prices and duration of the appointment depend on your hair length.

▪︎ Medium length = lengths up to the shoulder.

▪︎ Long = lengths up to the shoulder.

The price may change as a result.
If this is the case, you will be informed before the treatment.

Studio RF strives for the best look for you. Customers undergoing chemical treatment receive extra care and attention to protect their skin and clothing.A protective cape is used for this.

Studio RF offers a 7 day warranty.If you contact Studio RF within 7 days, we will be happy to schedule a new appointment. We will then discuss what needs to be adjusted. This adjustment is free of charge.* With the exception of trendy colors such as: lilac, pink, mint, coral, etc. There is no guarantee.

Studio RF takes photos of its customers as part of its service, with these photos we follow our progress. Some of these customer photos may be slightly edited and published. If you do not want publication, you can indicate this and your choice will be respected.
